[FEATURE REQUEST] Improve UI

To improve the UI would provide more clarity and a improved UX.

1. 'App dark mode' has the options 'enabled' and 'disabled'.
   'Theme' should have the options 'light' and 'dark'
2. Make sources more differentiated by adding icons for Buienradar and KNMI in the hamburger menu.
3. Integrate the three dots menu options in to the hamburger menu, to make menu more unified.
   The three dot menu options could be put below the source options.
4. Move hamburger menu to the bottom to use them like tabs: this is more accesibile for big phones.
   Because there are quite some options for each source it would be nice to have three tabs: KNMI, buitenradar and settings.Then when clicking on them it shows the possible options to choose from, that are now in the hamburger menu.
5. The dark theme could have darker colors which is better for contrast.
   Material You has a nice defaultdark color.
6. The dark theme should not have a colored bar on top, this should be dark as well.

Also it would be generally nice to consider using Material You 3 design as this is much more modern looking and accesibile.
