Development version of viewer has content which doesn't match live version.

Notable content differences:

• Additional information section is blank in the development version
• Title in the live version is "Proximity Measures Data Viewer" but the development version states "Proximity measures by dissemination block (DB)"
• Text font size is larger in live version (picking up style rules from updated wet-boew theme.min.css which adds a font-size rule to main elements which isn't present in the older version of wet-boew used in development version). Likely solution is simply update the wet-boew library in viewer
