Homepage - Increase padding between tiles and footer to 40 px

Currently the homepage tiles look really tight to the bottom of the page/footer, I'm assuming it's 16 px. Can we increase this to 40 px to match the design and give more breathing room? In general I want to have 40 px bottom padding on all pages on the site, to be consistent, but this one seems tighter than the rest.

Can you send a screen shot? The space between the tiles and the footer varies based on window height:

@paulschreiber here you go! Could we make it min 40 px padding, and then can scale up from there as the browser windows increase in height? I think the dynamic sizing makes sense as the size increases.
