FreeDVDBoot disc shows up as dvd video but gives out an "this disk cannot be played" error #348

Console info:
Ps2 slim scph-90006
Dvd player version : 3.11G

Used the prebuilt iso and burned it at 1x with finalise and verify files but it dosent seem to work

It shows up as a dvd video but when played it gives the
"This disk cannot be played" error
Any help is appreciated
