Randomly displayed longitude values become useless, because don't fall into 0-360 degree range:

Sometimes 0-360 becomes a 100-460, 20-380 and things like that...

Also, a 0-padding would make the reading of latitude and longitude much more comfortable, because since minutes and seconds change quite fast, the label bounces quite a lot.

It would also be great if you could choose to display lat/long in decimal degrees or D/M/S.

Seems to me that it's a bug in KSP, since in debug panel the longitude displayed is the same as in engineer...
