Hello, tried to set up an account but was unable to reach IBM to activate account

@blenden Did you sign up for an IBM Cloud account and log in? You'll need to do that before provisioning a Watson Studio instance. Are you following these steps? https://github.com/Call-for-Code/Spot-Challenge-Wildfires/blob/main/watson-studio-instructions.md
