This will require symlinks on windows... so figure that out

Right now there are two branches, a linux branch and a windows branch. If we can figure out how to install powershell on all linux distros then we could write a powershell script / module to install everything on windows and linux. If that doesn't happen we should at least create something that will run the install script on windows
