Problem
If CanuHelper is doing alerts checking (every five minutes), it won't answer any messages sent to it in chat. (e.g. cn!help) we had noticed this bug earlier and tried solving it through threading.

Impact
Users will have a poor experience when using CanuHelper, not getting feedback from a service can be very frustrating.
