Performance issues

Hi everyone,

Firstly, thanks for making such an amazing app, I've tried (probably) everything else available for streaming from my Navidrome server to my phone, and Tempo is easily the best in my humble opinion.

I've noticed that I have some performance issues with the app in a few situations:

1. Swiping up from the "Now playing" screen into the queue. I have a large library (~24000 tracks) which I'm sure is contributing to this. The app will freeze, updating the screen once every 5-10 seconds as it tries to show the queue, and I can usually back out of this.
2. Sometimes when navigating to the "Download" screen (which has ~800 tracks downloaded), the app will either take a long time to load it, or just crash completely. Once it loads though it's smooth.

These could just be because I have so many songs, in which case I'll just have to get over it.
