There are two more places to check: build_ci.sh and cygwin_build.sh. The former doesn't actually reference the folder, but for some reason, in my tests over on https://github.com/robertlong13/deleteme/tree/pr/ci-repo-name, I found that I needed to add a safe directory in that script. I'm not 100% sure why yet.
