Hello, I want to ask about reaction roles, I have tried and refreshed the carl bot website for reaction roles and repeatedly tried to make reaction roles but the result is nothing and does not appear, is there a solution?

It doesn't work if you choose post embed, it only works if you choose message id. And unfortunately when you create an embed through the GUI, when you go to edit it it, it comes up blank

Is there a workaround for this issue at the moment?

I works with "Post Embed" if you add the description in the "embed builder" which is accessible under the Description field.
You can also add a fancy title there.

The bot is abandoned. He/They are/is just cashing out.
This bug existed at least since 2019 #10
and the GUI has a lot of those.
The discord support is also very unprofessional. One moderator was seemingly reacting to a simple request and a dev (mind you) harassed the user by posting a picture of the users face to distract from the mods sudden outrage. But here's the part where you should get worried: The dev got hands on it by looking into their database for the user's login and get linked accounts like Twitch. They blatantly linked the identity of the user for everyone on the discord trying to shame the user rather to question the behavior of the mod who was infuriated by a mild request to delete a duplicated message the user accidentally sent twice. Yes. That's right. That said, it was extremely obvious to everyone that they are having an affair (or where being love interests) to let a moderator go like that that's just venting at a user impulsively.
In the issue above the author says he was still in school back then. So now it is a bit more understandable. That's a time where hormone peaks highs are higher and lows are lower. It might just be that they didn't know how to interact with customers.
Regardless of the circumstances: Issues with the GUI/Dashboard have been around since forever as you can tell just by looking at the issue above. The workaround? Use another bot. I recommend YAGPDB. A bit more complex but features are implemented nicely.

The same thing has also been happening to me for my color roles. I used message ID but it still didn't work. Some did work but they gave out the wrong roles.

Guys I also had the same problem and for those who haven't resolve it i simply just enabled it to add reactions to recent message and i typed a message in the channel to whatever its purpose will be then i, just used carl for the reaction role feature. it works just fine that way
