Fails to replace bind() on macOS 12 Monterey Beta #8

From my own testing it seems that DYLD interposing no longer works on macOS 12 Monterey Beta 4, which renders authbind ineffective.

I cannot yet tell whether this is a bug in the beta that will hopefully be fixed by the time of the general release or if this is some permanent change.
