Link to logs from errors

When errors show in the interface there is a small link to github to log an issue.
It would be very useful to also provide a link to the logs with a search for the exception ID when it exists.
This is especially true for unspecific 500 errors which render like this:

Request failed with status code 500
There was an error processing your request. It has been logged (ID 0b4361d9408010d5).

Parse the text and link the ID to the logs
