Screen Flow for creating various Contacts & Relationship records, then relating them to a Refugees App (Program Engagement record)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For many program coordinators with who are low-tech or have minimal experience with Salesforce it can be difficult to create the various records required to track a Principle Applicant (Contact_1, Account_1), their household members (Contact_2, Contact_3, etc.), the household member's relationships to the PA (Relationship_1, Relationship_2, Relationship_3), and the family's Refugee Sponsorship Application (ProgramEngagement_1). They have difficulty remembering which record should be created first, what subsequent records should be created, and where to navigate within Salesforce to generate those record in an efficient manner.

Describe the solution you'd like
Would like a Screen Flow, invocable via a Quick Action button, that acts as an only form for the user entering data, which will then create and relate the various records appropriately:

• Multiple Contacts related to 1 Household.
• Multiple Relationship records, defining the relationship between the Primary Household Contact (the 'Principle Applicant') and the other household members.
• 1 Program Engagement record, defining which Contact is the Principle Applicant.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Other options would be:

• Online documentation that outlines the recommended steps in order for creating all the appropriate records via the standard UI. (This has already been created for RCAV's users but they have not used it effectively.)

Additional context

• This would create a package dependency on NPSP's Relationship__c object
