About The Pull Request
Makes alchemy a little harder in some spots.
Why It's Good For The Game
In general, its too easy to get into alchemy with only a positive int. This makes it to where there needs to be someone with some skill in order for people to learn. Allows for mentoring and teaching people, and prevents a bit of early wealth creep.
