Rscript PREFACE.R train --config /data/preface/inputs/exp/testconfig.txt --outdir /data/preface/outputs/
Please provide at least 50 labeled samples.
testconfig file consist of more than 60 samples still got this.

Error in training.frame.sub["X" == training.frame$chr, ] :
(subscript) logical subscript too long
Calls: train -> as.data.frame
