Deleted agents remain cached #134

The cache is not properly updated when agents are deleted.

Steps to reproduce:

Open the form for an episode. Add an agent to the episode.
Open the link to edit that agent and use the "delete agent" option. You will be redirected back to the source.
Open the episode again. The agent is not listed in the episode, but they are available in the dropdown to add new agents.

What should happen:

The agent should not be listed as one of the agents in the episode, and not be listed in the dropdown to add agents.
