In the reference data provided

we get examples of input data for the 5 protocols, but the readme does not indicate to which protocol they refer to.

According to the acquisition code readme, we see:

P1: Impulsive Disturbance
P2: Sinusoidal Displacement Disturbance
P3: Sinusoidal Force Disturbance
P4: Quasi-Static Displacement Disturbance
P5: Quasi-Static Force Disturbance

If the number relationship is the correct (i,e protocol_1 in test data file refers to the protocol impulsive disturbance) I would propose adding a small paragraph to the Pi readme, to highlight this relatonship.
