Duplicating chords should redirect to the new chord's page

Currently when duplicating a chord, the user is always redirected to the very first page in the chords list. When the first page is full of newly-created chords that have yet to be saved to device, however, the duplicated chord could actually be on the second page or even later, yet the redirect is still to the first page.
