Get Next Story From Current Iteration View

Given a prioritized, estimated backlog I'd like to be able to request a new story when finished with an iteration's work. The client could prompt me for the maximum allowable number of points and issue a request, getting back the highest priority story with an estimate less than or equal to the threshold passed in (or null).
