Support EMC transferring into Vault money

Describe the solution you'd like
Allowing server owners to set in config, that can be something like how much EMC does a player need to transfer into some vault money. Or something just like this.

I hadn't been thinking of that yet ;D
Additional context
I don't want the EMC all transferred into Vault money, but just to have a setting that we could get one vault dollar in change of 100, 1000, or 2000, or 10000 EMC.

Hmm, perhaps I could add an API to interact with a user's EMC. This sounds like something a plugin should handle instead. I definitely need a way to set EMC with commands as well...

You'd get me a new idea of that. A server owner could just use some command block or ChestCommand plugin to achieve the function.
