Describe the current behavior

When using Tor Browser in the "Safer" security level, PeerTube videos load indefinitely, never start, and no error message is shown. See an explanation of how the security levels work here.

By contrast, playing videos in the "Standard" level works fine, and playing videos in the "Safest" level appropriately warns the user that Javascript is required to use PeerTube.

Steps to reproduce

  1. In Tor Browser, set the "Safer" security level (e.g. using the shield icon in the top-right).
  2. Open https://framatube.org/w/217eefeb-883d-45be-b7fc-a788ad8507d3
  3. The video loads indefinitely, never starts, and no error message is shown.

Describe the expected behavior

Ideally, PeerTube videos should correctly play in the "Safer" level. Alternatively, an error message should be shown to tell the user that PeerTube videos cannot play in the "Safer" level.
