TL;DR

Ops team often use prometheus alert manager for alarms.

When the upgrade happens it is common that some alarms may fire, if a team for instance have a "missed blocks" alarm set, it is expected to trigger during or just a after the upgrade etc.

Blazar should have some pre / post steps to create and expire silence rules for the of the upgrade
