Model settings table only renders four model types

I was about to be helpful and add BRT to our odmap protocol but I can’t see BRT on a tab, even though it’s in the file. This is what I see when I upload the .csv file:

BRT also doesn’t show up in the algorithms section of the protocol viewer even though it’s in the .csv file

I made a copy of the csv file and renamed it test.csv, and tried a couple of things:

1. Add a semi-colon after BRT (in the algorithms line), in case it needs it to read
2. Paste in settings for another model into the spot in model fitting.., in case it needed them

No effect
Then I tried swapping BRT to the first position (the settings as above too) – now I can see BRT first, but have lost SODM’s (see test.csv attached)

So it seems that it can only show 4 methods.

The problem is reproducible. The app definitely can display more than four algorithms and settings tabs, so I assume that something's going wrong when reading the settings and updating the server.
