Congrats on making what appears to be the only open source program on the Internet that generates these puzzles.
That said, I'm encountering the following problem: whenever I generate a puzzle, it's about half filled in.
Additionally, generating anything bigger than 11x11 is just unusably slow. If you have any thoughts about how this could be improved I wouldn't mind filing another issue about that and trying to work on it a bit. I'm working on a program that will generate PDF sheets of various logic puzzles that can be printed and solved, and I really want to include a Kakuro generator as part of the program. Getting 15x15 usable would be pretty much a must though. (I have code that can generate slightly more interesting grids, although it's in Python at the moment.)
