I found that the Chrome extension is now blocked, and this is the best way I could find to get it enabled again. I figured it was better to open a PR than an issue, but please don't be shy about requesting changes, or just closing this if you think there's a better way to handle it.

BTW, I found it blocked when I realized I'd lost control of meetings and the extension name was grayed out in the Extensions menu. The switch showed it as enabled, but Chrome was blocking it. Not sure if that's because of an admin policy or Chrome update.

Interesting! I haven't yet seen a functioning copy of the extension get forcibly removed by a Chrome update.

Was Developer mode turned off in your browser after installing the extension, or was it kept on the whole time?

Was this actually in Google Chrome, or was it Edge? (I see edge://extensions/ in the readme update.)
