Give a brief about the bug ✍️

There is a bug in the application where newly created items, specifically "Star Wars" and "Star Gate", do not appear in the displayed cards below after creation. This issue needs to be resolved to ensure all created items are properly displayed.

here is a ss for it:

What is the expected behavior? 🤔

The a copy of new card should appear below is the created card line.

Provide step by step information reproduce the bug 📄

I plan to fix it by checking why cards are not appearing and fixing it
