Having completed my clamd.conf file. Added CacheSize 65536 from the example https://github.com/Cisco-Talos/clamav/blob/main/etc/clamd.conf.sample#L301 and clamd-deamon won't start and pushes the error "Unknown Option CacheSize". But in https://github.com/Cisco-Talos/clamav/blob/main/common/optparser.c#L251 this Option is existing. Seems there is something bogus. Running clamav 1.0.2

close this ticket now, this option comes in 1.2.0 and I'm currently on 1.0.7 - my fault sorry.
