Parser only recognizes type=block if there are no spaces around the address range hyphen #46

i.e. 1800-1899 blair st & 1800-1899 block blair st return type=block, but when spaces are around the hyphen it returns type=address

1800-1899 blair st appears to now parse as type=address whether there are spaces around the hyphen or not
