Installation

1. Downloading BandagedBetterDiscord

You can download BandagedBD from betterdiscord.net.

If you have any questions regarding the BandagedBD Installation or BetterDiscord in general, check 0x71.cc or join one of the two BetterDiscord Discord servers: BetterDiscord, BetterDiscord2.

2. Downloading the theme file

There are multiple ways of downloading the theme file.

WAY 1: Using the direct BetterDiscord download link

The following links automatically download the according theme files:

• Download Amber
• Download Amethyst
• Download Emerald
• Download Ruby
• Download Sapphire
• Download Halloween
• Download Winter

WAY 2: Downloading from GitHub releases

Go to the Latest GitHub release and download the theme you want to have.

WAY 3: Saving the raw file from GitHub

Go to the theme folder in the GitHub repo, click on the Raw button, then right click and hit "Save as..."

3. Installing the theme

Move the .theme.cssto your BetterDiscord theme folder:

• Windows: %appdata%\betterdiscord\themes\
• MacOS: ~/Library/Preferences/BetterDiscord/themes

If you have no idea how to open the according directory:

1. Open Discord
2. Open your user settings
3. Go to the BetterDiscord tab
4. Go to the themes tab
5. Click on the Open Theme Folder button

4. Enabling the theme

Make sure the theme file is placed in the correct folder and the file extension is .theme.css.
(If you dont have "Show file extensions" enabled it will only show .theme!)

Head to the themes tab and check the checkbox next to the theme you just installed!
(Now that you have the theme installed, you can read the Customization Wiki page and customize your theme)
