Hi @cdod!
As promised, I looked into Decap CMS, very cool project. I've deployed a demo on Clever Cloud using Gitlab as a backend for user auth. So far, I've simply created a Hugo site and added the two configuration files in /static/admin. You can check them here. There is nothing special to do, you just need choose a backend, set up the file, then deploy Hugo on Clever Cloud and access the CMS on /admin path of your site.

I tried using a self-hosted instance, but something in Decap backend keeps wanting to use gitlab.com API endpoints 👺

For GitHub auth, I think something could be done using GitHub apps instead of Netlify providers, or Clever Cloud Auth provider, or even Keycloak add-on.…
