This PR aims to incorporate trained neural networks that represent the entrainment process due to turbulent convection in the upper ocean into Oceananigans.jl. This parameterization is designed to work using the TEOS-10 nonlinear equation of state, hence it works only in typical oceanographic conditions on Earth.
