In the DSCIM code, there seems to be functions that compute the damage coefficients, if the damage coefficient files are not provided. Therefore, in the code, I was wondering how to compute the damage coefficients under an alternative scenario, say 3.5% or other discount rates?
Also, I was wondering if one can still run carleton_mortality_2022 because another person has a problem with running this code because of out-of-date packages: ClimateImpactLab/carleton_mortality_2022#11
Thank you in advance for your time.
