provide annotations for Straglr VCF

I love your tool and works perfectly with TRGT. I am wondering if this also works for Straglr VCF as well?

Hi, thank you, very good to hear! We have not fully tested that - I would suspect some additional tweaks and mapping of output VCF keys and perhaps modified input locus definition files are needed for full native functionality.

That said, I have heard that ONT have a fork of Straglr https://github.com/philres/straglr, that they use with Stranger in https://github.com/epi2me-labs/wf-human-variation. I have not tested this, but someone has showed me results from it at one point, so I have reason to believe it is at least partly compatible.

If you have demo data, perhaps ideally from the fork version, maybe we could make an attempt?
