Use Underscores instead of Spaces in filenames?

Linking to the files replacing spaces with %20 so the URLs end up looking like this: https://github.com/cloudsecurityalliance/CSA-Guidance/blob/master/Domain%204-%20Compliance%20and%20Audit%20Management.md.
