We need to add an application logging. The logging data volume will be snapshotted using Flocker Hub (fs3) for demonstration purposes.

Add syslog container to Docker Compose file
Add syslog logging to data import scripts
Add syslog logging to front-end component
Investigate support for RethinkDB syslogging (not sure if applicable)
