As we were grabbing data from the github API, we failed to solve the rate limited of the github API.
We can grab the comments of an issue. However, only a few dozens data can be grabed one time.

if we have a GitHub 应用程序 that's owned by a GitHub Enterprise Cloud organization or an OAuth 应用程序 that's owned or approved by a GitHub Enterprise Cloud organization, we are subject to a higher limit of 15000 requests per hour.
