Editing Your Website
Our system was designed to make it easy for site owners to add and update their own websites. We provide easy access to simple Microsoft Word-like content editing, as well as access to raw HTML code.
There are two main types of editable content on your website: Webpages and Widget Elements.
You will find the bulk of your content in Webpages. Widget Elements usually hold content that would be easier edited separately from your Webpages, or content that is reused on multiple pages on your site. Both types of content can be edited using either of the methods below.
The Inline Editor
For simple updates, our Inline Editor is a great choice.
To use the Inline Editors, login to your website with an account that has privileges to edit webpages. Next, visit the webpage that you would like to make changes to. At the bottom of your screen, you should see the site's toolbar. In this toolbar, you will find a toggle switch that will enable Inline Editing. When Inline Editing is enabled, you may simply click on any editable area on your page and update your content as necessary. Be sure to click Save when you are done making your changes.
The Admin Interface
The Admin Interface is a great choice if you'd like to see all of the other things that come with editing a page, such as page titles, meta descriptions, and access control options.
You can access the Admin Interface either from the Admin Dashboard that you see when you login, or by viewing a webpage and clicking Edit in the popup menu that you will find on the left of your toolbar.
On the Admin Dashboard, you will find links that list all of your website's Webpages & Widget Elements. Simply find the item you wish to edit and click "Edit".
