Hey there. Love that this exists. Thought I'd throw out some stuff out there:

• https://www.iorad.com/ could be a quick and simple way of creating a functional prototype of a website tutorial.

• https://www.lacounts.org is an open data initiative that focuses on telling stories with open data that I was briefly involved with last year. It has grown significantly since then.

  • https://github.com/compilerla/scdc/blob/master/index.md is an RFP for that was put together for this portal. Perhaps this could be useful for Boulder's broader Open data initiatives.

• Finally, I would encourage you to all create a user journey diagram to clarify what pain points you are solving for. https://blog.mural.co/2016/12/12/mapping-user-experiences

• Collaboratively mapping Roses, Buds, and Thorns could be a great way to manufacture consensus around what and why you are building for. https://spin.atomicobject.com/2018/04/03/design-thinking-rose-bud-thorn/
