Hide legend key for emptyValues if ignoreEmptyValues is true?

In the chart options, I set ignoreEmptyValues, which disables drawing labels and slices for unnecessary elements. I was wondering if this option could be passed into this plugin to disable showing the legend key for this element?

Note that 2 sections are drawn and there are indeed 3 elements, but one of them has a value of 0 and thus is not drawn. I also don't want this element's label key to be shown
