When it deletes the files, it makes MW2 run horrible. If i don't run SteamCleaner & the files stay, its solid fps. If i run it & delete the files, there's this horrible fps with massive stutter & freezing. I wish there was a way to pick if you wanted to delete files from that game or not.

For anyone that has the same issue it's caused by the cleaner detecting and removing msssoft.m3d in .\miles - the software middleware for the "Miles 2D positional Audio" that can be selected in the audio settings of medieval 2. This is the default option for me when I install Medieval 2 so if I run SteamCleaner before changing the audio to something else in the dropdown I get a sound error and eventually the program will encounter a fatal error and close.
I've raised a pull request for what I think solves it, in the meantime anyone who has the issue can:
copy the miles folder or the file msssoft.m3d in the miles folder to a safe place
