                "In 1935 the Morrell Brothers (developers of estates in Bromley and other suburban areas of South London) developed a series of houses along Dorchester Drive.",
                "Both Dorchester House and the neighbouring Dorchester Court were built in the popular contemporary Art Deco style, to designs prepared by Kemp and Tasker who were well known for their designs for Odeon, Regent and Ritz Cinemas throughout the UK.",
                "Dorchester House was developed by one of the brothers for his personal use and finished to a very high standard with Onyx clad bathrooms, a wrap around shower with body jets and an illuminated shower head and a magnificent entrance hallway and staircase featuring a solid nickel handrail."
