This PR adds the basic skeleton of the two dependencies we have towards external services:

  • Auth0
  • the coding coach backend.

The PR defines the APIs and connect them with the rest of the app.
However, we are missing:

  • Configuration for the HTTP (allow arbitrary load)
  • Configuration of the Auth0 data (waiting to receive the staging information)
  • Actual implementation of the API.
