Help setup multiple playlist with Keep-sessions

Started using mpv player in windows. Love the efficiency, but setting up is a pain. I usually use a collection of urls and paste in the video player to watch tv series. Please help with below things.

1. I want to paste urls to start watching series and can be able to save it as a playlist. I want mpv to remember the resume position and the file position in a playlist.
2. I need to manage several playlists and can get choose between them (I mostly watch two series parallelly) with uosc osd.

I've been trying to set up this with different lua but it didnt help. I stumble upon your scripts its a god sent.
Now please help me with two things. I don't want mpv to start playing the previous playlist session automatically when mpv starts. I use mpv.exe to open not with command line.

Second thing is I want to be able to choose the playlist to play with uosc menu. And I want to save and load the playlist with keybind.

PS: Sorry for the basic question, i'm not familiar with lua and mpv config that much
