IMHO the best would be if it could be linked to the profile_managers function to assign a group parameter and then have that shown as custom group categories.

I have manually modified my deployment of group_tools to do just that, but obviously an option that doesn't require changes in the source-code but can be easily setup via the admin interface would be much nicer.

Beste approach would probably be to move the group_sort_menu view to a menu hook
