Docker Image does not run on Raspberry 4

Like the header already says, the docker image does not run on my raspberry pi 4 (ubuntu server 19.10). I am following the guide on your website https://www.collaboraoffice.com/code/docker/
I get no error at the run command but ps shows that the status of the image is "restarting"
