I'm not sure what you mean by "use this as an example on CC clusters".

I intentionally tried to keep the content decoupled from HPC-specific material so that is can serve as a "standalone" conceptual statistical learning module.

I am open to ideas on ideas on how to demonstrate the presented concepts on CC, but as you said these will be separate slides. With that said, I am not quite sure what you have in mind.

Well, this workshop would presumably be taught using a Compute Canada cluster, both because we can't rely on users having a workable laptop to run the content, and because ultimately, this is where they would run.

It could be explained using slides, or using documents inside the repository (a README.md, as suggested in #3)
