TinyBird is an alternative Clickhouse serverless provider. TinyBird charges by the request/GB processed instead of by the hour. This might be better for us. Also, TinyBird might not have the long startup times of ClickhouseCloud. Removing a minute of latency is quite worthwhile when it's disruptive to development.
