Clean up adagrid/tuning code

• figure out how to reduce the bootstrap tile data.

definitely:

• binomial_tuning.py --> combine with lewis_tune_sim.py and use test stats everywhere.
• execute.py --> get rid of this and combine with the current adagrid code.
• adagrid.ipynb and lewis_ada.ipynb and tuning.ipynb needs to be broken up.
• same with inspector.ipynb
• delete adagrid/prof.txt
