BT-62 is in cac:TaxRepresentativeParty/cac:PartyName/cbc:Name and not in cac:TaxRepresentativeParty/cac:Party/cac:PartyName/cbc:Name . This party is different to the others.

That's actually by design. Same for PayeeParty

I know. But the test is looking for the wrong path. The test is looking for Party/PartyName. This is wrong as you wrote.
